The staff from the front desk to the examination rooms are 5 star customer service oriented. Dr. Mazhar is very personal and listens to his patients. His knowledge of natural remedies is superior as is his medical expertise!!! He is treating my acid reflux!!
From the time you schedule your appointment to walking out the door after it’s over, you will be pleased you chose to them for treatment. The scheduler who called spoke clearly and did not rush through the phone call. When I arrived at the office the front desk attendant was pleasant and patient while setting me up as a new patient. Dr. Mazhar is such a fantastic doctor. He is very empathetic. I saw other ENTs for years for chronic sinus issues and they just told me I needed to deal with it. After about six years of struggling a friend recommended Dr. Mazhar, and he was immediately able to help me. I have recommended him to so many friends and even started bringing my kids to see him.
The whole staff was very friendly and thorough in helping me to feel comfortable with the work that they were doing. I was very pleased. Dr. Mazhar was funny and made me feel very comfortable. He was good at explaining everything. Thank you
My first time to visit this place & I’m impressed with the staff from the time I spoke with Angela over the phone whose voice I can see her smiling! The rest of the staff, Nadia, Elizabeth were remarkable & the honesty of Dr Viraj Patel, his time spent for explaining all the details that I needed to understand, is just commendable!
