My experience as a first-time patient was incredible! The office is clean and modern, and I appreciated the same-day availability and smooth check-in process. I was nervous since I had never visited an ENT before, but Jackie was so sweet, kind, and informative. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I’d definitely return and see her again if needed.

April 8, 2026 This is my third visit in this clinic for my continued follow-up with Dr Viraj Patel. From the front/reception area to the end of my visit, the team of Dr Viraj Patel were accommodating. Making a mistake of coming a day ahead of my, appointment I was able to be seen by Dr Patel instead of coming back the following day.
