Great Company, Great Service and Great Quality Product.
This company expects their customers to provide picture files for their signs in a specific vector file type. Converting a normal picture file (.jpg, .png, etc) into vector format is not a task that should be expected of any customer and especially is not a suitable task for those not in the design or IT fields. This also requires specific software that must be purchased. It is a ridiculous ask of customers and should be handled by the sign shop. I was not happy doing business with this company. First, they gave me an quote and the final invoice was way higher then the original quote. Second, they did not do the work ontime. They installed a temporary sign and I had to pay for that as well. Third, they had to come few times to fix the sign as it had issues. Overall, I dont recommend this company because of the reasons above.
