Absolutely terrible. Drove almost 3,000 miles only to be told when we showed up that he couldn’t find the reservation and that the lot was full. Then made jokes about us being stranded with no where to put our 35ft trailer. Complete incompetence. This is what happens when businesses owners have enough business, they simply don’t care. They have their money, they’re good. No need to honor what they told you. The attitude was disgusting.

I called the guy was arrogant . Bad customer service. He said I have over 500 RV’s . I found a place close by for $150 all day long. Not going to say where but shop around.
