We took our towable camper for an estimate to a repair shop. Most of the repairs needed were under warranty. The bill was exorbitant. We did not want Farm Bureau Insurance to be taken advantage of so went to Triangle RV. Their estimate was much lower! They are really great folks also.
I have been interested in a motorhome they have on consignment and was originally happy with the contact. I have a deposit on the unit and paid to have it inspected. Engine had a misfire on a cylinder ... sometimes. Ran diagnostics, full tune up, and replaced a faulty plug wire. Great having 8 cylinders again!
I really wanted to like this shop because they have good reviews, but my experience was far from great. I brought my travel trailer in for a front-corner water leak. The repair itself turned out fine, but the process to get there was painful. It took weeks just to get an estimate and six weeks total for the repair.
