I tried to contact them several times for service, but no one will ever answer the phone so I went else where and got service right away
they did not apply fertilization properly. When I complained it, they responded that they applied but It is not easy to see application. Later they sent a bill with forward balance as well which I did not recognized. I asked original statement that prove it. but they just sent another bill without prove. I do not recommend them for year round contract. You may use them one time treatment. I have been a customer of Jims for 20 years now. I find the negative reviews laughable....as I am assuming these some people would NEVER be satisfied. He will sit down with you and create a lawn maintenance plan that will have your yard the envy of all your neighbors. For 18 years I had him seeding and fertilizing and over the last 2 years have added mowing to that. I would compare his service to ANY other service as I watch my neighbors all around me switch from service to service and yet my yard STILL looks better year in ... read more
