After months of researching and getting several quotes from other companies, Triangle Pond Management's vision and knowledge of a water feature and koi pond was head and shoulder above the rest. Two days while driving on 40 east this company nearly drove me off the road. If I hadn't slowed up immediately it would have been a horrible crash. Just totally unacceptable!!!!!
This is an update to this review I left 3 years ago when I first began using Triangle Pond Management. I just had an experience with TPM demonstrating that even when things don't work out initially, they feel a strong obligation to keep their commitments to customers and come through for them. In February I placed an order for some large bluegill with Caleb, their fisheries manager.
