I recommend this business to everyone. I was quoted an insane amount of money by F.H.Furr for an immediate replacement of my water heater in 2024. I called Triangle Plumbing to get a second opinion. The guy recommended me to not spend money at that time and asked me to wait another year to see if it actually stops malfunctioning. My water heater started leaking and left us with no water. Nick came out and installed a premium product at an affordable price. While he was here he corrcted several issues from a previous install. He was very curtious and respectful of my home and my family. I will strongly recommend and use his services in the future.
A family man can only take so much grief from his teens over having no cold water. A man can only stomach so much run around and on hold music from warranty companies. A guy can only watch so many DIY videos and still feel uncertain he can accomplish the task and live. If this was a D&D encounter - we were about to be party wiped and Nick swooped in as a paladin of plumbing and rolled a nat 20. If this was Robin Hood Men in Tights - Nick would be the locksmith we call to unlock the….5 stars.
Nick was very professional and very knowledgeable. Honest and straightforward. He was very friendly and answered all questions asked. Highly recommended and will use him again if we need a plumber.
