I was a paying customer till they decided to lie to me. They called my doctors office and told them to no longer send my scripts and that I should go back to my old pharmacy. No reason given. Bad business practice? YES! Just plain BAD business? YES! Don’t wast your time, the minor cost savings comes at the cost of customer service!

Recommended by my doctor. Would have originally given 5 stars. In the beginning the free delivery was FAST! The last 2 deliveries were late. I'm still waiting for a delivery that was due two days ago. I hope this shoddiness will pass. Their products and ORIGINAL customer service used to be prime. My last phone interaction with a young male was not the same caliber.

Unfortunately I'm more than disappointed with this Pharmacy. They were recommended by my doctor. It took them more than a week to fill my prescription and I had to call to follow up. Later I had to return the cream they mixed because it turned out watery, the tube was turning rusty. As of today, 10/18, it's been 2 weeks since I returned the cream to be redone, called them twice to follow up and STILL NOT READY!
