These people had a prescription for over a week and never once called to tell us that there was an issue with filling it. I just had to find out when I went to go pick it up. So they held on to it for a week instead of picking up the phone and calling us to inform them that they would not be filling it because it costs too much. Why wouldn’t you just call us? I arrived at Triangle Pharmacy and I was refused service after I verbally spoke with someone letting them know I was headed there. Whenever I arrived, the staff locked the doors, close the blinds and turned off the lights. The following day my sister prescription was given to another client that she did not authorize or know anything about—-now she is without her medicine (going on two weeks now) from this careless, senseless, malpractice error. Very friendly and all have great attitudes was there from out of town and they were the only pharmacy that would fill my medications
