This company is owned by Robert Sykes,he subcontracted a small masonry business to do a job for him and has not paid that business for work that has been completed. Triangle Outdoor spaces owes this contractor over nine thousand dollars. He has a F with the better business bureau and he has been on WRAL twice, once in September 2010 and in 2006. BEWARE!!! This man should not be allowed to do business in the triangle anymore.
In essence, the follow-up service and communication have been awful. They did a landscape project for me which entailed landscaping a hillside with two large willow oaks, two crape myrtles and several junipers. One of the willow oaks was dying when it was planted in Oct '09. I asked the owner about it and he said to wait and see if it comes back. Of course it didn't.
