They make you sign documentation saying that if you miss an appointment for any reason, you pay $400. They literally mean "any reason". You could be on death's door, you could have been in the hospital all night and not gotten any sleep rendering a cognitive test null and void, i imagine even if you passed away, they would still charge your card. This is a long review, but I think it’s worth sharing, and a low rating should always come with an explanation. If my rating was based on the provider alone (Dr. Finch) or the scheduling coordinator/CSR that I spoke with (Stephanie) I’d give a 5 star rating for both. Dr. Finch was caring and easy to talk to. I have called this facility on 3 different occasions.Sent a email to one of the doctors I have gotten no response in the last 2 weeks. I do not know why this practice would not accept me as a patient. Since I do have frontal temporal dementia that I was darkness with almost a year would not recommend this practice. They seem to be prejudiced against old people.
I went for a behavioral neuropsychological evaluation. I am a severe TBI survivor, and have been since 08.05.14. My evaluation was administered by Ms. Lynne C. Davis. She was ethical and seemed morally upright. She was direct and I was tested from 08:15AM-01:15PM on Wednesday 01.15.25. I had Medicare.
