I am very impressed by the kindness and professionalism at Triangle Neuropsych. My mom was referred for testing and the staff went above and beyond to complete registration and have her scheduled for an initial intake appointment. The ladies at this office truly care about the work they do and it shows. Everyone was always professional, kind and thorough. The staff knows how hard these tests can be on a person and they help make you feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to get any type of testing done, especially for ADHD!
I was not impressed by this group. Patients come into a place like this and they want answers. You don't get any answers - so don't waste your time. This appointment wasn't for me - it was for my husband i am his caregiver. And yes we have been to that office.
Update - Do not waist your time here. These people lied to me about adult ADHD/autism evaluation not being covered by insurance. My insurance DID cover an evaluation at UNC's center for developmental disabilities. I can't recommend UNC's clinic highly enough, especially if would like to avoid being robbed by these unethical so-called "psychologists" who care more for money than for community mental health. -- I'm not convinced that anyone actually works at this office. Very unorganized took them 20 times to answer the phone.If I could give less than one star I would.Also no accommodations for the elderly.Looks like a whole in the wall.Very very disappointing especially a two hr ride for this place.Would not be coming back.
