Blair was great. His communication was swift and efficient. He went out of his way to install my hitch to accommodate plans that I had, to travel with my bike. I had tried to get a hitch installed by Uhaul three times. Every time something went wrong, not due to my doing either. So I was so happy when I found TMH, and was able to have Blair come to my house and get the job done.
