Dr. Oday Alsarraf and the entire Triangle Mental Health staff is wonderful. My daughter is presently undergoing transcranial magnetic stimulation at this facility, and every single person involved in her care to date has been absolutely exceptional. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Alsarraf and his team.
Honestly one of the most unique experiences I have ever had - this place feels like a spa. The people who work here are top tier and clearly carefully chosen to keep the vibes impeccable - shoutout to Ben!
When my last provider's practice closed, I found myself in need of a new provider with very little notice. Susan at Triangle Mental Health made the process so easy. She was very quick to get me all the new patient paperwork and set up an appointment. Scheduling has been easy, the office has a welcoming atmosphere, and so far I really like my provider.
Met with Dr. Oday Alsarraf twice and both times his strong social bias was disruptive to our session and me forming trust in him as a psychiatrist. His hyper-performative way of speaking softly and keeping a neutral facial expression is betrayed by the pointed statements and erroneous conclusions he quickly forms with very limited information.
