Ive tried out many different therapists before recently moving to Durham and I cannot be more grateful to have found Triangle Mental Health. The therapy team is incredibly educated and supportive, in addition to offering non-traditional alternatives to talk therapy such as somatic therapy, which has made a huge difference for me personally. Finally, the front desk staff has made therapy even more accessible through their cheerfulness and wonderful communication (Especially Susan!!). Could not give a higher recommendation.

I've been on Spravato for some time now and needed to find treatment closer to home. After a small search I found out about Triangle Mental Health. They made it a seamless transition which was great to have continuity of treatment. The staff are great, and always courteous attending to my needs at short notice if needed. All of the staff at Triangle Mental Health provide kind, respectful and individualized service from the moment I enter the office to the moment I walk out the door. I feel safe and supported whenever I have been there in person or communicated with them by phone or online.

I highly recommend Triangle Mental Health. I was impressed by the warmth of the office and even further impressed by the warmth and understanding of the physicians, clinicians, and office staff. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.
