The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Billing and appointments are handled with ease. Dr Alsarraf instills confidence and makes you feel assured that you are on the course to the correct treatment. I am so happy that I found this practice and I highly recommend them.
Had to get to the end of my second appointment before i could get an answer on how much this doctor is charging per hour. Increased from $550 to $600 per hour when I balked at the fee. Previously was paying $120 every three months for a similar arrangement. Furthermore I was humiliated when the doctor suggested that i might have been in prison. An outstanding practice in every sense of the term.
I’ve been doing Spravato treatments since March and am consistently impressed by the caring staff. They’ve taken care of all the insurance and prescription details, and when I’m there are compassionate and attentive. There are private, low-light rooms for the treatments. Highly recommended.
