Arrived fir alignment, got alignment, left and noticed nothing had changed. Expressed it in thebfollow up conversation, no offer to rectify it in any manner. Kinda sucks. *edit: your response to this post is the most detail I've received. Noone said anything. Just gave me my keys, and a receipt. Noone explained anything to me or communicated there were any issues...
Awesome, professional service shop! Goes about the requested service, without trying to upsell you unnecessary additional work. And, a complimentary car wash to boot. Will not be going back to dealership for any future service needs.
