Rachel Gierlach is a really, really exceptional stylist. I've had a really hard time finding the right hair person for me since moving to Richmond a couple of years ago, and Rachel nailed it. She was recommended by a friend who has great hair, and I was really blown away by the care and expertise she invested in my color and cut. I'm not sure what I like more - my cut or my color. The salon experience was also super welcoming and comfortable. All around win!

My stylist’s name was Lucky and she did a fantastic job. My ungovernable, wind-swept hair had been growing out for two years and it was ready to be tamed. I called ahead and the person who answered the phone recommended a Transformation Cut since I was asking for quite a bit of hair to be taken off. They were transparent about the pricing over the phone in addition to having all that online, too. Sounded good to me. My haircut was swift but detailed.
