I am writing this review to share my extremely negative experience with Triangle Flooring Center located in Carrboro, NC. I initially contacted this store by phone on May 19 and received a quote of $2996 for a specific carpet based on my provided measurements. When I decided to visit the store in person to finalize my selection and potentially explore other options, I was shown a different carpet with a price tag of $5900, nearly double the initial quote. We just wrapped up a job with Triangle Flooring Center - installing new hardwood floors - and had a good experience. Planning, inspection and installation all went well, and we're very happy with the final product. I'd say a particular advantage for us was the owner's willingness to provide thorough consultation about the project.
Alex and the team at Triangle Flooring do an amazing job! They have cleaned carpets I never thought would clean, done repairs, and have installed all types of new flooring in our properties. They have handled water extractions as well. They are skilled, reliable, and so easy to work with. I have used them for years and highly recommend!
