What a wonderful company and experience! I own Pickens Power Washing and I recently took a work trailer in for diagnostics. I had been going through tires prematurely for quite some time. They were able to quickly identify the problem and offer options for the repairs. From the first phone call to the final invoice these guys were helpful throughout. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for trailer repairs or service.

Update After the Owner's Response: Your response still doesn't address the real issue. I paid for a professional diagnostic because I expected it to identify the repairs needed before I invested thousands of dollars into my truck. Based on your diagnosis, I approved over $2,000 in repairs because I trusted your professional recommendation. Only after I complained that I was paying thousands of dollars, would still have to tow my truck away, and was leaving without a repaired vehicle did my bill get reduced to around $1,300. ... read more
