Nice clean family friendly gym with 28,000 sq ft to meet all your workout needs. Free childcare with any membership, saunas & showers in locker rooms. Fitness classes offered 5 days a week and free personal trainer to help you meet your fitness goals. We also provide sweat towels and Yoga mats so you don't have to lug yours back and forth to the gym. We have a full service smoothie bar to refuel after your workout. We also offer Tanning and 24 hour access for those that need it.

I go to the line dance class. Lacey is great! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I'm getting ready to start working out in the gym.
I enjoyed the type of equipment available here and the staff was very kind always but I never found the equipment to be clean. I see a lot of reviews highlighting the clean environment, but maybe I just went too early in the day because I always found the equipment to be mucky and dusty. I would only see two or three rags to wipe equipment down for everyone in the gym, and I just found that icky as the rags were always soaked and grimy from use. Great gym, faculty is extremely professional. Was able to get a great workout while in town visiting family
