Staff is very friendly but completely dropped the ball on my order. Placed an order a week ago they confirmed was in stock and they never shipped the order until 5 days later. Now they claimed that they thought it was a pick up order (for a company in NY when they are in DE) and didn't ship it for 5 days. But then they say they discovered the error 5 days later and shipped it out on Friday. But still no purchase confirmation or tracking information despite me asking at the time of purchase for an email with both. Now a week ... read more
