Very professional approach staff was very courteous and provided a safe, and COVID-19 free in environment possible. Dr. Klaus is incredibly thorough and likeable. His staff is efficient and friendly. The facility is tasteful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Dedicated to mainting COVID protocols. Always a good experience over the last several years.
Dr. Klaus and his entire team are amazing! The office is inviting... as soon as you walk in- you are greeted and you never wait long to be taken back. The exam is quick, but thorough. I felt as though I could ask questions and I was never rushed. Once the exam ended- picking out glasses was actually fun! They have a wide selection of options, so I thought I’d be overwhelmed, but that wasn’t the case!
