The supply store in and of itself is great. They have a great source of supply but that's where it ends. Some of the employees demean you because of your lack of knowledge. Instead of spending some time in educating you about their products they insist you know exactly what you're talking about and exactly what product you want. They don't make suggestions or offer any type of support. They also become "eye rollers" to your lack of knowledge and simply dismiss you as an amateur.
