Amazing service from start to finish. The guys came out for a pre-inspection and provided a quote quickly. The pricing is absolutely great. John kept us informed about the process and scheduling our appointment was simple. The guys arrived during the scheduled time, and were done in about an hour. They tested the EV charger and our car. I would recommend Triangle Electric and EV to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed.
I recently hired Triangle Electric and EV Solutions, Inc. to install a Tesla EV charger. The service was extremely expensive, and the installation quality was disappointing. They removed several ceiling tiles to run the wiring, but never replaced them. Additionally, they returned for an inspection without any prior notice and left through the back door without informing me. As a result, the door was left open, and the basement lights were on all day. I wouldn't recommend them for the cost and service.
Great company! I just called them many months after my EV charger installation about an operational issue . . . and I was advised on the spot as to how to fix the issue, which it turned out had nothing to do with their hardware or installation. They absolutely could have charged me for a visit, but instead my charger is back in business two minutes later for free, and I'm very grateful!
How difficult is it these days to find anybody that does reliable work for a reasonable price? Simply one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with. They did the work perfectly. And they went above and beyond with regards to routing heavy gauge wire needed for the charger without tacking on conduit to my wall. Excellent to work with on a home EV charger install. They were able to schedule the work quickly, answer my questions and coordinate with permit officials. The work was done well and my Duke rebate submission went smoothly.
