THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.The customer service manager is rude and she never tried to understand what I was asking. I have enough experience in dies to be treated this way. It is unfortunate that they are one of the few companies with this service and that their own staff makes the acquisition impossible.
super rude customer service, receptionist is very stubborn as well. not recommended at all.
