Run away. They're being investigated.
Al and team lack communication skills.. it takes forever to get back to you.. We had a screened in porch built.. it took forever to be done.. They were very messy and did not care or respect not to damage other areas .. we paid for rope lighting that was supposed to be hidden along with outlet.. was charged 500 for it and the lighting was 20.00 on Amazon along with the pic of the outlet . They even put in the wrong door and had to get that corrected..They had to be told to trim up the screen they put in.I can keep going but ... read more
Our porch was completed same day I’m writing this review. The craftsmanship, design and look of our porch is everything we wanted. The flexibility of the original design and the expertise of the crew allowed us to change our minds a few times once the project began….huge bonus for us. Enjoyed every interaction with the crew and it was clear they cared about quality. No return call
Do not go by their Ad, Poor judgement in measurements, they took for ever to respond each time. They will convince you and say they will get you all permits. Do not go by what AL says, please directly talk with Scott, clarify everything in a 'written contract' and then work with them with a time commitment. Never pay a large deposit, they will vanish with it. Most importantly, as you can see in many other reviews, they will refuse to identify me also. They refuse to identify anyone with bad feedback.
