Great CrossFit gym! The owners put a lot of effort into the community and each athlete's personal progress. The culture is welcoming to both new athletes and seasoned ones. Definitely recommend trying out TCF whether you're new to the area, new to CrossFit or even new to working out. You won't regret the investment in you!
Triangle Crossfit is such a welcoming and encouraging environment that can meet your skill level wherever you are at, with such a supportive community of members and coaches that you will want to keep coming back and pushing yourself. I came in 3 months ago not knowing anything about CrossFit, but the staff made my transition into it seamless. I am now a regular. Great people, staff and great workouts.
This gym is awesome! The coaches are professional, personable, and always make sure you’re improving while keeping things safe and fun. The workouts are challenging but never boring, and they scale everything so it works for all levels. The community is seriously the best—everyone is welcoming, supportive, and it feels like you’re part of a family the moment you walk in. Phenomenal drop in. Great coaching, detailed, explanations and demonstrations for every part of the class. Super welcoming class members. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
