This branch might have good employees—like the woman with curly brown hair who notarizes POAs—but Brandi, one of the branch managers, is not one of them. She had the ability to solve my problem and chose not to. That’s not leadership. Refusing to accommodate a disabled client’s daughter with POA papers in hand, after the client had fallen that day, is inexcusable. There was time to get it done.
