I have very bad experience with Triangle Chimney Pros. We have a broken gas fireplace and requested fixing. My manual says they the problem is with thermocouple or thermopile. There is a blinking green/red diode and it’s easy to find what’s the problem in the manual. I explained everything to the guy who came from Triangle Chimney Pros. He read my manual as he came, cashed $150 for that, and said they have to order parts. They send me $400 estimate for the part and fixing. After I agreed they NEVER get back to me. Had service for 2 gas log sets. Service person said that both were working fine after bleeding out air from natural gas line. 1 set worked for 2 hours then stopped again and pilot light wouldn't light. I sent email to company without response. Called their business and voice mailbox full. Would not recommend their work as either reliable or warrantied.
Short review – I would not recommend Triangle Chimney Pros to anyone for anything. Long review – I hired Triangle Chimney Pros to complete repair work on my 39 year old brick chimney, the work was completed early August 2019 and included work on the exterior sides and top to make it more waterproof, repair work to the mortar inside the chimney, and repairing some of the bricks in the firebox. This was our first time dealing with the maintenance of a gas fireplace, and David was extremely helpful and informative. My wife and I highly recommend Triangle Chimney!
Do not trust these people... they perform poor workmanship promise to fix issues then avoid you. Buyer beware. Wife of owner David gives you the run around on the phone and is most untruthful.
Triangle chimney pros is the best of the best! My husband noticed a wet spot on our ceiling. We contacted a roofing company & they explained it could be related to the chimney. Immediately after we called a chimney sweep company in Garner. They were very professional, but did not sound confident on their diagnoses. We decided to do some research.
