Worst dealership / sales experience ever. Dropped by to look at a few Ford Escapes nearby - he asked me what the prices were of those vehicles and then proceeded to get upset that they had lower miles and were a few thousand dollars less. This was to the point where he unnecessarily kept feeling the need to justify that 2,000 dollars (e.g., “It’s the black rims and trim”). This was my son’s first car buying experience and we agreed that this was the best car buying experience that we’d ever had. Nick was friendly, never made us feel pressured into buying anything, or tried to upsell anything to us. He was patient, kind, and made the process easy for us.
