Excellent attention to detail. Fair prices. You cannot go with TAI. - Updated review 7/22/2025 - prices have really gone up and my last seat repair job was just so so.
First time taking a vehicle there. Leather steering wheel looked "rough" after 11 years. Looked like new when I picked it up. They also noted a few areas on the front seat that they cleaned for no extra charge. Very polite. Will absolutely go back for any further interior work on our cars.
I'm disappointed!!! Mr Benito was going to call back with an estimate for my corvette and never did, so I took my business somewhere else ( there's no excuse he could at leats be nice to let me know he was not interested or whatever was the problem, he wrote my number down and repeat it back to me)
Not only is this place highly competitive on price and beating a lot of others. But their service is absolutely outstanding. They do amazing quality work, and their level of customer service is like no other. Not only did they do what I asked and amazingly, but they went above and beyond the job that was required. Amazing! 2nd time I’ve used them and they’ve never failed to impress. This time was to repair a small tear in my seat, first was to replace my son’s vehicle’s headliner- both were done efficiently and with tremendous care. Will return again and again, thank you for your craftsmanship!!
