Horrible customer service. Contact 3 times and my calls where hang up, the fourth time I told the Representative I had try calling 3 times and calls where hang up. She scream " what you need " instead of saying "how may I help you". Defenitly would not do business with this company. First impression makes a huge difference and defenitly they dont know that.
These folks are some of the most inconsiderate, people I’ve ever encountered!! They have no respect for the people around them and park there ragged out equipment anywhere and everywhere in the parking lot . They are doing work lol in Asheboro here at our apartment complex over 2 months now it’s really becoming a big pain in the @ss . Me and my family among numerous other tenants will be thankful when there long gone from here . Good Bye . They may be cheap on there price and the workmanship sure shows it !! Road being worked by my house (Blaney Franks Rd)...people are very rude...was even told i could not leave my neighborhood and i needed to go around. Excuse me...only one way in and one way out. Also traffic control was terrible with signs only right at the construction site. May folks slamming on breaks and swerving to avoid accident.
Triangle asphalt has been "working" in my apartment complex for going on 4 weeks now. Granted one week it pretty much rained the whole week but still almost 3 weeks of work time. They are not even doing my entire apartment complex just around a few of the buildings and unfortunately mine. I have watched these guys literally not do anything for hours.
