I would highly recommend this practice. I have been a patient at Triangle Arthritis & Rheumatology for many years, and the care I have received has consistently been outstanding. The providers are compassionate, take the time to listen to my concerns, answer my many questions, and provide clear, helpful information. My current providers, Dr. Prarthana Jain and PA Kendall Bonot, have provided excellent care in managing my rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Dr. Ross is excellent. She was very thorough and thoughtful; however, the front desk staff lacked customer service skills. Specifically the individual checking patients out.
