Order the part for my refrigerator back in the Spring of 23 and now it's December of 23 and now they're business is out of business due to medical problems and they said letters were sent out. I have not received a letter yet. This is really c*****,triangle there was no other company involved, When I called you over the summer you told me it was. I'm back order and you would let me know when it was in.

I would love to leave triangle a better review but unfortunately they just stopped responding to us all together. We had them come out for a Frigidaire stove that was making a rattling noise when heating up and cooling down. They told us it was a known issue that sometimes gets fixed and sometimes doesn't and would have to contact the manufacturer as a next step and it could take some time. We were recommended this company for washer service by Maytag. We had an issue with a control board that would get stuck on cycles. The control board was replaced just before the warranty expired. A few months later similar issues and now there was a grinding noise as well. Told the technician about the issue and without looking, I was just told that it sounded like a transmission and the control board again. It would be 700-800 to repair and that was it.
