I live in a fairly large apartment building. The central air conditioning units are quite old. These guys have been great. they arrive quickly and check the units and ducts thorroughly. They took the time, not just to make sure I knew what they were doing, but also to listen and make note of what I said. Our AC unit broke right as we were heading into a heat wave, and they were able to show up within 24 hours of our request—which was such a relief. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We received updates throughout the day, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Vlad and his team were professional, efficient, and clearly care about their customers.
