When you come in, you have to get on the scale and then run into the office. Empty and loaded, coming in and going out. Get on the scale and run into the office. I was making a delivery. It took almost 2 hours. The parking lot is really rough. There's different loading and unloading docks, but you stay out of the way by lining up for the scale. First come first serve, open at 7 AM. Nice employee, but the place is messed up. Overnight parking outside the gate available.
It was average experience they are open at 7 scale your truck. And go inside they will assign you dock . They follow appointments time.
Great people work here, it is a shame that the Chinese company that bought them is full of incompetence and ignorant people.
