I am new to Trial Built CrossFit, but have been a member of multiple gyms. Trial Built CrossFit is one of a kind and truly designed for families. On my second day I witnessed the coach pushing a stroller so mom could work out! So amazing! The coaches and members are welcoming and helpful. Such an incredible community!!
My prayers answered through my bff Melinda D begging me to just come try, over and over "Heidi you would love it!" The TB owners literally made it possible for my boyfriend and I to do this together and get some basics under our belts with the on ramp class! I was out of the gym for 4 years. I hadn’t done CrossFit for 10+ years. My body was stiff, weak, and my confidence was getting low. Now after a month. I feel better than I have in years! I’ve always wanted to set a strong example for my kids and raise them in a home where fitness is just part of everyday life—but I wasn’t doing a great job of that for a while. I had taken a long break from CrossFit, but when I found out Trial Built offered a kids class, I decided to give it another shot. I’m so glad I did.
