I’m a complete newbie when it comes to working out especially CrossFit and joining Trial Built CrossFit has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. We have been coming to Trialbuilt for years. It is such a great community for our family. Everyday while I’m taking class my kids are too. They look forward to going to the gym and are upset if I go without them. They have each grown so much. I love that I can push myself hard and know that my kids are seeing me put in the work. This is an amazing place for families, run by families. For those who have never tried CrossFit and may be hesitant, just come by and meet James and Bre (or any of the gym members for that matter) and I know your mind will be set at ease.
