I had water damage and they were amazing with their service. They came immediately, set up the dryers and visited daily until the floor was dry. In addition, when I asked them to return a few months later, just to assure me things were dry, they promptly came out the next day to do a measurement. Shannon and Brittany were always pleasant, helpful and ready to assist. I truly recommend this company.
When we saw that sewage had backed up into our basement on a Saturday night, we were appalled at the smell and destruction it caused. We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services. Found this awesome small business about 7 years ago when sewage backed up in my basement. They made an extremely stressful time much easier on my nerves. Needless to say that when a need arosed again that they were the first on my call list. Shannon and crew are very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand the processes .I highly recommend you give them a try when you have water issues.
