They take a long time to send you your money. You call and they always say that “lately they have gotten a lot of claims so thats why they are backed up” its always the same excuse they give
This has been the worst insurance company I have dealt with it has taken over six months and they still haven’t been paid. I keep getting excuses as to why I haven’t been paid. I keep getting told that I am priority. Six months later I still haven’t gotten a check AFLAC is probably a way better choice than this company. combined insurance is also better they pay out in 10 days versus six months. Don’t waste your money with this company. It’s been nothing but headaches. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
It’s been over a month since I sent my claim in and no update
