I had a great experience at Triad Truck and Tank. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe when I got back on the road. If I ever find myself in Greensboro again I will be sure to use them!
Willful ignorance and incompetence at its highest level. Pictures on the left is the bill for the wrong airline. As you can see there are no part numbers and the parts were named wrong by the owner Josh. The photo on the right is where I had a decent shop rework on the airline that was placed on by Josh. As you can see there are part numbers and correct names for the parts on the invoice from the recent shop. Just compare the 2 prices of both invoices you can see who messed up.
Josh had the wrong airline installed on my truck then lied and said he didn’t put it on there
