Lance works at the Sharonville location. And I must say it is actually a joy to go there when I need something. From the moment I walk into the store I feel like Lance is a friend of mine. Whether he knows my name or not is irrelevant. A lot of the times when I go there, I don’t know exactly what I am in need for. I am just running errands for the boss. Went to the store off Kemper road in Sharonville Ohio. Was looking for some compressed air quick connectors but wasn’t exactly sure what style. Lance was super knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. He knew where to look and handed me precisely what I needed. Always enjoy going to this location for THE best customer service!!! Use to live in the area and used this store alot when I worked for southeastern equipment.
