We come to this store often. We’re always greeted with a smile. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to meet our parts needs.
Great experience with this team. They were fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. They helped me get exactly what I needed and the service was top notch. Highly recommend them to anyone needing hydraulic parts or repairs. Thank you again!
Had an odd request, and Lance and Dalton got me handled, along with explaining what I needed and why.. Everyone in the store jumped in to assist.. Great job by everyone I encountered. I’m sure I’ll be back several times. Thanks Guys!
I work in purchasing and needed a few fittings that our normal supplier had very few of. So my super intendant had me reach out to other possibilities. These guys helped us promptly and with great customer service. We will be looking at continuing business with them in the future. I am supposed to give a shout out to Tim. My boss said you were great man.
Lance and the guys here always take care of me every trip. They kick ass when it comes to finding me a solution. If you’re not in the trades work, I highly recommend the Parker/Triad stores. If you are in the trades work, this Sharonville Parker store is the best site hands down. Worth the drive to come to them. Trust me
