Lance at the customer service counter was awesome. Got me everything I needed , quickly and efficiently. The counter was busy on the day I visited, but everyone was taken care of in a timely manner.

Incredibly good service by Lance. I had a pretty challenging situation with quick connect fittings that he solved. And he is extremely pleasant to speak with. Great store with excellent service.

Lance and the guys here always take care of me every trip. They kick ass when it comes to finding me a solution. If you’re not in the trades work, I highly recommend the Parker/Triad stores. If you are in the trades work, this Sharonville Parker store is the best site hands down. Worth the drive to come to them. Trust me

Triad is the only place I go to when needing hydraulic items. Fast friendly service. Always done right . I've been going there for 20 years never had any issues. Lance and his team are great. The best in the business.
