I had virtually no wait time. The work was done correctly. I can recommend Triad RV.
Triad RV was great to work with and they did a fantastic job on repairing our RV! I was given a quote on the repair within 24 hours after I took the RV in. They were very prompt with their communication, answered all my questions, and even some that had nothing to do with the repair. I will be using them for any other RV repairs, maintenance or upgrades I may need.
I wanted someone with extensive experience and knowledge to inspect the roof of my motorhome to determine the need for resealing or any other repair. They got me in the same day, cleaned the roof and gave it a clean bill of health. They could have easily sold me hundreds of dollars of unnecessary work, but didn't. The pricing was very reasonable. I do most of my own work, but Triad will get my future business for things I'm unable or unwilling to do.
I could not be more satisfied with the communications and service provided by Triad RV Repair. After two horrible service experiences with two different Camping World outlets, working with these guys was a pleasure. They got to my van fairly quickly and emailed me a written diagnostic and recommendations report within days (Camping World never did that). After approving the work, my van was ready for pick-up a couple of days later. I actually look forward to using my camper van again without the electrical issues! Thanks!!
