Absolute garbage values. They don’t pay their subcontractors or employees and fire loyal, hardworking employees right before Christmas. Owner degrades and berates his employees without considering the sacrifices they make for his company. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.

Hired Triad on short notice for Design/Build project with limited time frame to design and build with a critical drop-dead completion date. Triad and their design team did an excellent job. Finished on time, within budget and quality work. Met with us weekly throughout the project, was responsive to all our request. We are extremely excited about our finished product. Look forward to working with them again in the future.
This is a horrible company to work with. If you are going to work with them, I suggest filing a lien up front! The only reason we got paid was because the property we worked on was for sale and our lien was holding up the process. Read the other reviews too, they are consistently bad and do the same things to subs over and over.
