Very nice people to work with it
Drivers need to learn how to drive almost hit me and another car 2 separate times not sure if they were on the phone or just not paying attention and then they sat at a green light for about 30 seconds before realizing. Did not get a license plate, but it was a white F250 with a black head rack
Triad Doesn’t pay there subs, constantly asking for change orders onsite then when they get around two or three months later on sending you the change orders, they still don’t pay and come up with so many excuses on why they won’t pay there bills. Stay far away, and since they have all the required documents and still saying they do not figured we would file a lien on the property and fight it in court!!
Absolute garbage values. They don’t pay their subcontractors or employees and fire loyal, hardworking employees right before Christmas. Owner degrades and berates his employees without considering the sacrifices they make for his company. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
