Highly recommend this company. The people are very professional answer all your questions. My roof was done well and looks great.
They came by and gave me a quote to repair a bathroom for water damage. It was extremely out of my budget so I asked them to requote with revisions I had made. I was told I would have the quote yesterday. I never heard from them so I called the owner at 5:30 and he said he had 7 other quotes to do first. That is poor customer service. I guess he want going to make enough money with my revisions so he was doing the bigger quotes. Contractors these days are just about the money!
Triad Restoration has made my job as a property manager incredibly easy. Aaron, Angie, Barry, and Holly are a pleasure to work with and have been wonderful about providing consistent, thorough updates.
Triad did a wonderful job, good communication between each worker and I had very good results. I would recommend them to all.Thank you!
Their customer service is exemplary- the best customer service I have received from any business I have dealt with since I moved here two years ago.
