Our insurance company recommended Triad to us. Bill came out and gave us a estimate. The pricing was very fair and much lower than other estimates. Once we decided to proceed with the repair they were on the job very quickly. The contractor that did the job was very fast and the work was excellent.
I had damage from one storm with another storm on the horizon. Barry came, assessed the damage and reassured me that his people would be able to secure my property in time. This company is supper their work is wonderful and they’re always on time and very respectful. It’s good to work with them.
We received professional and timely service starting with the call inquiring about getting a consultation. Barry came out later the same day to survey our situation. He was thorough in assessing the problem and explaining the cause of the moisture which had formed between the new vinyl flooring over an engineered hardwood floor. When he left we had a solution to correct the problem and a cost.
