Make sure to have a lawyer review your contract with this company. Several years ago we sold our house to them and agreed to monthly payments which are always a week to ten days late with no late fee attached. Now that they have sold the house, we have to still accept 39 more late payments from them instead of being paid the remainder. Be careful. I would rate less than a 1 if I could.

I don't write many reviews, but I have had the worst possible experiences with this organization. From missing 1099 forms, to disappearing checks, to delayed closings. If you're in the market for a home in Greensboro or anywhere in NC, I strongly suggest you avoid this organization. If there were a rating lower than one star, I'd give it to them.

I have moved and own a house now 90 minutes away from where I live. I've had no luck selling my former residence. Someone suggested I call Triad Residential Solutions. I knew any offer from them would be bottom-dollar, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I call. Very nice woman answers the phone. She checks and the house I want to sell is 44 minutes from their office, which makes it doable on their part.
