I paid in advance for four wheel covers that were already off the car and on a shelf. I decided not to get them, asked for a refund and was charged a 25% restocking fee!
Sold me a faulty alternator. Paid for it to be put in then had to pay for it to be taken out. I called them once I realized the part didn’t work and was given the run around. 90-day refund was honored but upon returning the part, they mentioned a “restocking fee” which was NOT mentioned prior. I don’t recommend.
Ladies at the front desk and over the phone were friendly and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable. I could not use the part for my application after I saw it but I would definitely go there again if I am in the area and needed something.
