I have been a patient of Jo Hughes for years. She listens and provides top notch care. I have never had any issue getting a call back as was noted in a previous review. The office staff has always been great to me too. Sometimes insurance has been a pain in the past (few years ago) but they worked through that and everything works like it is supposed to now.
I have my first consultation tomorrow. I have seen a bunch of bad reviews. however that was years ago. I must say everyone including Vicky in the office and Latoyia who verified my appointment has been very pleasant. I will give a update after my visit.
Excellent medical staff. Terrible office staff! I’m glad I only visit twice a year.
Dont even think about going here (especially J. Hughes, PA) She will not return calls and neither will the office manager (Ocean Mitchell) Worst experience I've ever had. Waste of time and money. I feel much worse than I did before the first visit. Incompetent!
