They straight lied to my face.. I heard rumor they were moving the Ortho office to Greensboro, I told them I could not drive that far if that was the case I'll have to wait till ai get a better ride and staff in front and back acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. now my son has braces, they pulled several teeth and I have no dependable ride to Greensboro and no body else will touch my son because they started the process. Honestly, this place is great. I have Braces through Davis and Goldberg but they are extremely expensive. This place is getting my son ready for his orthodontic journey. They have removed two of his baby teeth so far for space. 10 out of 10 recommend a people should be blessed to even have orthodontist that even accept Medicaid anymore. With Medicaid it's going to be a long wait.
