I have 3 children currently in braces. One of my children had to have quite a bit of work done with 2 different oral surgeries in the mix. I couldn't believe the skill involved in everything they had to do (one tooth was growing sideways behind other permanent teeth, and had to have a bracket surgically placed under the gum.) The staff is great here! They have conversations with me. They inform me about what's going on with my child's braces and make sure to answer any questions I have. I love it here, and so does my daughter!
Love this place!! They have done an amazing job with my daughter. It was amazing to see how fast we saw results. She is now almost done with her braces. This place took my insurance and was able to get her approved when I was having trouble getting approved somewhere else. They have always been able to fit her in for anything we may need or still fit her in to be seen if we are late. I would not recommend this location for service. If no stars were an option, I would have chosen it due to the staff and the service. My daughter has braces. We have experienced 2 brackets falling off just minutes after leaving an adjustment service. My daughter was not eating but just talking and the brackets fell off! When I contacted the office, the staff was not concerned and were somewhat condescending and suggested scheduling 3 weeks out to repair. Meanwhile, wires are poking my daughter and causing pain.
