Absolutely love Triad Orthodontics and Triad Kids Dental. My kids have been clients of this establishment since they've been having dental appointments. Paige did an amazing job installing my child's braces. It was a quick, efficient and pain free experience. Highly recommend!
From day 2 this place is HORRIBLE!!! They do not care if you live 45 mins away and your kids are missing school. Most of the ladies up front are nice and decent but the other half are not.. they have canceled 2 maybe 3 appointments. And you just have to wait 30 when they cancel. That means my kid will be in braces longer. Not to mention his brackets break and come off and you have to wait. I'm sure they are tearing Medicaid up by dragging it on by month at a time I would not send my worst enemy here....
The ladies are SOOO polite & helpful ! My son was scared to get braces, we came in & they made him feel so much better !! The dr is amazing, friendly & professional! Thank yall so much for your care ♥️
Extremely Disappointed – Not Recommended I’ve had a terrible experience with this orthodontist. Despite driving 40 minutes just to get to my appointment, they canceled it because I was only ONE minute late. One minute. There was no understanding, no flexibility, and definitely no compassion for the time and effort I put into making it there. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could leave no stars I would. I made an appointment for a consultation for both my kids per recommendation from our dentist (Traid Dentist). Due to having two kids I waited MONTHS for the appointment because I wanted to take both kids at the same time. I scheduled during the summer to avoid taking my kids out of school.
