The ladies are SOOO polite & helpful ! My son was scared to get braces, we came in & they made him feel so much better !! The dr is amazing, friendly & professional! Thank yall so much for your care ♥️
Both of my sons have braces and the experience here has been awesome! So much that I went and got braces for myself! Everyone is super friendly.
I really wish I had shopped around prior to signing up here for both of my children. I can rarely get in touch with the office and if we need to be seen for something broken it’s hard to be accommodated. I leave messages and don’t get return calls. Once I make it into the office the services are great. I enjoy the office staff and the orthodontist. It’s the process to actually be seen or worked in for “emergencies “ that needs attention
I have 3 children currently in braces. One of my children had to have quite a bit of work done with 2 different oral surgeries in the mix. I couldn't believe the skill involved in everything they had to do (one tooth was growing sideways behind other permanent teeth, and had to have a bracket surgically placed under the gum.) The staff is great here! They have conversations with me. They inform me about what's going on with my child's braces and make sure to answer any questions I have. I love it here, and so does my daughter!
