The ladies are SOOO polite & helpful ! My son was scared to get braces, we came in & they made him feel so much better !! The dr is amazing, friendly & professional! Thank yall so much for your care ♥️

Staff are super friendly and welcoming upon entering, the wait isn’t long at all , clean and inviting! the doctor Very nice and had my daughter smiling! Awesome job with putting on her braces thank you rylei , my daughter Kaleigh has been going next door since we moved here 7 years ago So glad you guys are now apart of her dental family

So, I came in for my kid’s appointment, I went to check in and the girl at the desk said that we were 16 minutes late and have to reschedule for 9:30. I asked my kid what she wants, and she said 9:30 is ok. I turned to her and said ok, we left and went to the car to wait for an hour and thirty minutes. On getting back, we went to same girl to check in for the 9:30 appointment, she said, we didn’t indicate that we wanted the 9:30 that we can reschedule for tomorrow. I was like, what?? I wish I could get them more stars because I like the doctors and most of the techs are wonderful. But their scheduling staff is rude and truly have zero customer service skills. I see it everywhere but expect more from a place like this. I recommend offering true CSR training to your employees or find new ones with better attitudes.

I have 3 children currently in braces. One of my children had to have quite a bit of work done with 2 different oral surgeries in the mix. I couldn't believe the skill involved in everything they had to do (one tooth was growing sideways behind other permanent teeth, and had to have a bracket surgically placed under the gum.) The skill the orthodontist have is amazing. They are personable and relate to the patients and their families. The facility is incredibly clean, the staff are always helpful, kind and cheerful!
