Jade really stood out during our visit. I loved her personality and how easily she was able to relate to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. Everyone we encountered was absolutely amazing! The entire team was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. We had a great experience at my daughter’s orthodontist appointment. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable during the visit. The office was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently. I really appreciated how patient and kind everyone was with her. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we look forward to starting her treatment!
Our dentist, Triad Kid's Dental, referred us to this practice. We could not be more disappointed. On the date of our most recent dental exam (Feb 2026), our dentist scheduled our appointment with Triad Orthodontics at the Guilford College Road location. Arrived 9 minutes late to my son’s appointment after a 30-minute drive and was turned away due to a “strict” 10-minute grace period. No flexibility, no effort to accommodate—just told to wait and hope for a no-show or come back hours later. Policies are one thing, but basic professionalism and common sense are another. This was rigid, dismissive, and a complete disregard for families’ time and money. Do better. Front desk associate name is Catlin.
Absolutely love Triad Orthodontics and Triad Kids Dental. My kids have been clients of this establishment since they've been having dental appointments. Paige did an amazing job installing my child's braces. It was a quick, efficient and pain free experience. Highly recommend!
