This is the second Herman Miller authorized dealer I’ve worked with (I own 2 different chairs). This company aids you by picking up and lending you a loaner chair while they work on your warranty claims. They took a little longer than my first HM AD but they got the job done. My chair came back all fixed and just like new. Thanks Triad team!

It took them 6 weeks to help me with a warranty claim. Even after communicating what needed replacement, they had to order more parts which they somehow “thought” they had, leaving us waiting even longer. After receiving the chair, my Herman Miller Embody frame and backrest came back in worse condition. The tech whom picked up my chair didn’t even know where the gas lift button was.
