The customer service spectacular, product beautiful, trucking delivery perfectly on time, easy to work with our rep as a larger group of and kept all orders separated wonderfully on truck, many options to pick from are to name few of why I am so pleased with Triad.
The plants we got from Triad are TOP QUALITY and absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. I'd also like to thank Mackenzie for being patient and helpful as we got our new account set up.
At first the customer service was good and as soon as I wanted to make changes to my order it became a problem. I received quite misleading information and could not reduce my order. I live locally to the nursery and I was told no minimum order as I could pick up. JARED M. was very rude and unprofessional on the call with me. He said there’s a 1,000 minimum even for local buyers.
